The Mindshift That Changes
Everything
Most women I meet are superhuman.
They’re juggling a side gig after work, managing teams or projects, keeping families organized with every football or lacrosse game, Taekwondo after school, and everything in between. Some of us are starting over after years of building a career, we’re opening new chapters, and facing what reinvention really looks like.
So many of us are already accomplished in our fields as speakers, authors, leaders, and entrepreneurs.
But this newsletter isn’t just for the experienced among us.
If you’re just starting out and aspire to leadership, growth, or becoming a solopreneur, whatever your goals are, this newsletter and this ecosystem were built for you.
As women, it’s important that we seize this moment and intentionally integrate AI into almost everything we do.
Stay with me.
What if I told you that you could have an executive coach, one of the best personal assistants you’ve ever had, and a workout buddy who pushes you to the max when no one else feels like getting to the gym? And it all costs less than a latte, never sleeps, and learns and adapts to how you think and to your values.
That might have sounded crazy just two years ago.
But these are unprecedented times. And I am genuinely excited to show you what’s possible. I firmly believe that if I can spark curiosity in every woman to change how we all think about and use AI, not as a tool, but as the equivalent of hiring the best executive coach, and the best team of assistants we’ve ever had, everything changes.
We start empowering our teams at work. We start moving faster with clarity through everything. We begin shaping how entire industries evolve.
And when that happens, women win the next decade and beyond.
We’ll see more women in leadership. More female CEOs. More women taking side gigs and turning them into empires. More women leading teams in medicine, science, and fields that directly impact humanity.
This is our future.
And I want you to be part of shaping it, starting now.
A bold prediction:
If we succeed at this mission, the next decade will see a measurable rise in women in the C-suite and in leadership roles across all industries. More women building empires. More women leading charitable foundations. More women directing teams across medicine, the sciences, and engineering, for the good of humanity.
This shift is not symbolic. It is structural.
And it can happen across every industry if we put this mindset in place for women and girls now.
Leverage AI…
Don’t allow yourself to waste time doing it the same way 2026;
Use AI to your strategic advantage.
Whatever you choose to do, DON’T JUST SIT BACK AND WATCH, or you will be left on the sidelines. I want to see every woman become active participants in shaping our future during the build phase of this new frontier. We have the power to shape how AI represents us, the tools built for us, even the discoveries in medicine and science that will affect us.
Have you ever had that annoying experience with ChatGPT when it simply will not stop portraying women as “anxious, or fearful” ?
Makes my blood boil, and yet, here we are. I’m training my agents to be powerful, confident, and take no bs. Period. Will you join me?
This is a CALL TO ACTION. I want women to lead THIS YEAR and not in 5 years from now. So buckle up, 2026 is our year, and we are NOT about to leave any woman behind….

Your December End of Year Reflection
This one left me really thinking…
PROMPT:
“Review my year through the lens of leadership.
Where did my judgment create momentum, even when circumstances were complex or imperfect?
What conditions helped my best decisions emerge, and how can I recognize those patterns going forward?”
Next week we take this week’s Skill even further in the VIP Founder’s Circle.
You’ll see how to apply it in real leadership and work contexts, and how to use it intentionally going forward.
